Amy Zavatto is a contributing editor to Imbibe magazine and is the author of Architecture of the Cocktail, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Bartending, The Hedonist Guide to Eat NY, and co-author of The Renaissance Guide to Wine & Food Pairing with Tony DiDio, She holds an Advanced Certificate in Wines & Spirits from the WSET in London. Amy lives, eats, and drinks in New York City. Her favourite drink is a Manhattan. Jassy Davis is a recipe developer and food writer with a particular love for classic cocktails and comfort food. Originally a food blogger, she has created dishes and drinks for brands including Abel & Cole, Ocado Magazine, Pit Magazine, Sainsburys Magazine, London Evening Standard, Lovefood, Huffington Post and Grokker. She lives in Brighton. Lance Mayhew has over 20 years’ experience in the world of cocktails and spirits.
