What happens if my order doesnβt arrive in time?
If your eligible order misses Christmas, return it before 16 January for a full refund plus a Free Delivery code. We trust Book Hero for our own last-minute gifts, so weβre confident you can too!
How do I make a claim?
Just email orders@bookhero.co.nz and let us know your order number, which eligible product didnβt arrive in time, and weβll take care of the rest.
How long will non-eligible products take to arrive?
Backordered items or products available from our suppliers usually take 2-3 weeks and will now miss Christmas. These products donβt carry the guaranteed badge and neither for pre-orders. For full details, see our Christmas Delivery Dates page.
