Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

The Food Fix is co-authored by Yumi Stynes, who has a background in cooking and broadcasting, and Simon Davis, an experienced editor of numerous cookbooks in the food publishing industry. The two met while working on one of Yumi's cookbooks and discovered a shared passion for tackling the ongoing challenge of feeding a large family (collectively, they have many children). They possess a vast, mental Rolodex of recipes, plus countless tips and tricks for maximising meal satisfaction without frustration.

This shared enthusiasm led them to create a podcast aimed at solving the daily question of what to cook for dinner. Since its inception, the 5 Minute Food Fix podcast has become one of the most downloaded food podcasts nationwide, attracting a substantial fanbase eager for dinner inspiration. The book includes the best recipes from the podcast and some never-before-seen options, all tested rigorously by some of the harshest critics under less-than-ideal conditions.

Yumi and Simon value your time, so every recipe in The Food Fix is crafted to be quick, simple, and most importantly, delicious.

About the Author

Yumi Stynes is a presenter, broadcaster and ABIA award-winning author who understands the gap between TV cooking and what real people are able to do at home. She'll happily dine out for fancy food ... but keep everything cooked at home simple and fuss-free. When she's not working one of her several jobs (ABC's killer podcast 'Ladies We Need To Talk', 'Seen' for SBS, broadcasting for iHeart Radio, hosting art talks and her numerous writing projects) she tends to her four children and her gorgeous friends, and celebrates life by cooking, eating and sharing delicious things. The Food Fix is her third cookbook and seventh book.

Simon Davis is a food editor, writer and publisher whose working life has revolved around food and words for more than 15 years. In that time he's worked with some of the world's best chefs and most celebrated food writers, but with three small children he's also very, very used to hearing that dreaded question, 'What's for Dinner?' Sometimes he even knows the answer.
