Today's leaders face a messy reality. Constant disruption, competing priorities across business and society, and complex human pressures mean their ability to inspire their teams and deliver outstanding results is becoming ever more difficult.

Mastering MESSY Leadership reveals a breakthrough approach for leading in today's unpredictable and demanding world. Based on insights from more than 10,000 coaching conversations with talent leaders around the world, it demonstrates how a small number of extraordinary leaders rise above the overwhelm towards a more fluid, adaptive, and human way of operating.

This book uncovers the five mindsets that enable these exceptional leaders to thrive amid complexity. MESSY leaders must:

  • Find Meaning in tackling complex organizational and societal issues.
  • Connect Emotionally in today's culturally rich and diverse world.
  • Sense the direction of current events and emerging futures.
  • Seize momentum and stay ahead/competitive.
  • Tame Your ego, so that you can empower people to step in and step up.

From BTS, world leaders in the people side of strategy, and drawing on fifteen years of real-world examples, Mastering MESSY Leadership is a practical, actionable guide for anyone who wants to lead with clarity and confidence in a complex world.
