Monica Cavarzan grew up on a dairy farm and is the founder of Lard Ass Butter - an artisan butter producer based in Ocean Grove, Australia, producing traditional-style French butter with Australian grassfed cream. Manufacturing both salted and unsalted cultured butter, Lard Ass specialises in flavoured butters. The Butter Cookbook is Monica's first book.
