About the Author
Natalie Lancer is Director of Higher Education at Immanuel College, UK. She has developed a coaching programme for undergraduates and has a private coaching practice. She has also lectured and published on coaching in education, including Getting into Oxford and Cambridge, 11th edition.
David Clutterbuck is one of Europeβs most prolific management thinkers and authors. He is co-founder of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, visiting professor at three UK universities and practice lead at Coaching and Mentoring International.
