About the Author

Barney Desmazery is the longest serving member of Good Food, Britain’s most-visited recipe hub. Starting his career as a chef working at top restaurants in London, France and Australia, Barney swapped restaurant kitchens for the ultimate test kitchen, where he writes and tests thousands of recipes, works with celebrity chefs and makes some of the most successful video content for the Good Food social platforms, often reaching 1m+ views.
