About the Author

Natasha Evers is Associate Professor of Business Strategy at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and is Academic Director of the Management MSc. at Trinity Business School. Her main research lies in the field of international marketing strategy, SME and international entrepreneurial growth. She has published in international journals including International Business Review, Journal of World Business, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development, International Marketing Review; Journal of International Marketing and Journal of Small Business & Enterprise Development, among others. Natasha is also Visiting Professor of International Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Halmstad University, Sweden and is a Research Fellow at the Strategy and International Business Group, Molde University College, Norway. James A. Cunningham is Professor of Strategic Management at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, United Kingdom. His research intersects the fields of strategic management, innovation and entrepreneurship. His research focuses on strategy issues with respect to scientists as principal investigators, university technology transfer, academic, public sector and technology entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial universities and business failure. He has had papers published in leading international journals such as Research Policy, Small Business Economics, R&D Management, Long Range Planning, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Technology Transfer, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Marketing Management and the Journal of Rural Studies, among others. Thomas Hoholm is Associate Professor and Head of Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at BI Norwegian Business School. He has taught entrepreneurship and innovation at BI for the last 15 years, at graduate, post-graduate and executive levels, as well as to PhD and executive students of informatics, biotech and medicine at the University of Oslo. He is researching the management and organization of innovation, particularly related to the healthcare, energy and food sectors.
