An evidence-based exploration of neuroscience, nutrition and the gut-brain connection from a clinical neuroscientist living with ADHD. An accessible, neuroaffirming and supportive guide to understanding how nutrition, the gut, brain and nervous system interact in individuals with ADHD.
If you have ADHD, your gut health may be affecting your impulsivity, stress sensitivity and mood regulation—90% of the body's serotonin is produced there.
