Job Moves presents a radical new vision of career development. Drawing upon their research from the Harvard Business School, the authors offer nine practical steps to transform your career by helping you understand your true priorities, the experiences you hope to gain, what trade-offs you're willing to make, and how to learn if a new job will deliver before switching.

Together, the authors will help you decide which skills to develop, build your network, and make the progress you desire. Whatever your direction, Job Moves will help you take the first step towards your dream job.
