See moreAn inventive and inclusive drinks book with 165 cocktail recipes, each one offering three variations: classic, riff, and zero-proof versions. Three Cheers is crafted by the World Class bartending champion behind Likeable Cocktails.
A love letter to cocktails in all their forms, Three Cheers has a drink to suit every mood and occasion. This clever cocktail book presents recipes for three versions of 55 classic cocktails, amounting to 165 recipes in total. Whether you prefer to keep it classic, experiment with a new twist, or enjoy a spirit-free version, this book provides all three options.
The classic Jungle Bird tropical cocktail features a blackstrap rum base, the modern variation called the City Pigeon uses a white rum and gin base, and the spirit-free option, aptly titled the Free Bird, starts with a spirit-free gin base.
The classic Cosmopolitan consists of a cranberry and vodka base; however, the modern Ru-Paulitan infuses earl grey and limoncello flavours into the original cranberry vodka. Meanwhile, the zero-proof Metropolitan incorporates a nonalcoholic spirit and aperitif.
The classic, coffee- and vodka-forward Espresso Martini is updated into the Bean Around the World cocktail, substituting vodka for tequila and chile liqueur for a spicy rendition. For a spirit-free twist, the Death Before Decaf pairs espresso with tonic water, delivering a nice, long finish.
With a modern design and lush photographs, margaritas, Manhattans, negronis, and more become accessible to every palate and every persuasion.
