Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

A highly diverting celebration of television’s favourite naturalist, packed with games, trivia and Attenborough-inspired activities.

Attenborough: just saying the name makes you feel better. David Attenborough is our nation’s darling — dependable, inspiring and utterly soothing as he takes us through the natural world with his charming narration. In this fun-loving The David Attenborough Activity Book, you'll find a host of entertaining games:

  • Guess the animal from David's description
  • The David Attenborough drinking game
  • Create your own Attenborough coat of arms
  • Spot the fake species
  • Attenbingo
  • Patternborough: come up with a new animal print design for David's patented blue shirt

And, if you find yourself in times of trouble, seek solace with the What would Attenborough do? self-help guide.

As the saga of Boaty McBoatface showed (the ship was ultimately called RRS Sir David Attenborough), British people love silliness. This book is a celebration of our two favourite things: Attenborough and silliness.

Everything you've ever wanted to know about the great man – from fun facts and remarkable quotes, plus ludicrous games – lies within the sustainably forested habitat of these pages.

It's the perfect present for, well, anyone, really.

About the Author

Nathan Joyce is a freelance writer based in Brighton, England. He has written or compiled several humour books including The History of Insults (Dog 'N' Bone Books, 2017), The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards (535 Publishing, 2017), The Big Book of Trump (Blink Publishing, 2018) and A Celebration of David Attenborough: The Activity Book (Pavilion, 2018). His working days involve rising to his feet and applauding whenever Michelle Obama's name is mentioned, so this book took some time to write. His core is in remarkably good shape, though, which he attributes to Mrs Obama.
