About the Author

Vicki Ravlich-Horan Vicki is the owner and editor of Nourish magazine. She lives in Hamilton with her husband Andrew and eight-year-old daughter Zoe. Before starting Nourish magazine, Vicki owned a successful café and catering business, which she established after returning from her OE. If she’s not thinking, talking, making or eating food, Vicki’s an avid traveller, where she gets to eat, think, talk and learn about food in another country. Harriet Boucher Harriet joined the Nourish team just over two years ago. A trained chef, Harriet says, “At the age of sixteen I thought it was my destiny to own a food truck and at seventeen, I got my first job as a cook at a local café. It’s safe to say, the food truck idea never came to fruition, but my passion for cooking took off.” Having worked at a number of eateries in Hamilton, Harriet relished the opportunity to join the Nourish team and hone her passion for creating everyday meals that the whole family will love.
