Managing People, Culture and Data in the Modern Organisation delves into the three imperatives of a successful organisation: Culture, People, and Data.

While organisations need standout products and services to be competitive, to remain competitive, they require much more. The much more includes how organisations manage people, culture, and data.

The world of work is changing at an unprecedented rate. Besides the COVID-19 pandemic, four other disruptive forces β€” demographic imbalances, geopolitics, technology, and economic contraction β€” are accelerating the future of work.

Written by Jaclyn Lee and Jovina Ang, Managing People, Culture and Data in the Modern Organisation focuses on the three fundamental elements of organisational success. This book is unique as it culminates the authors' practical experiences and observations of how leaders and managers are handling the modern organisation.

The authors draw upon best practices from top employers in Asia and across the world to illustrate proven strategies for instilling a digital and data-driven culture to make the right decisions and get the most out of people. They also reference insights from leading thought leaders to substantiate their arguments throughout the book.
