Afton Hassett, PsyD, is an associate professor and director of pain and opioid research in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Michigan. A clinical psychologist and principal investigator at the Chronic Pain and Fatigue Research Center, she lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
