About the Author
Wendy Morgan is a qualified chef and Cordon Bleu cook who has worked in the food industry for 35+ years. Along with her husband, chef Rex Morgan, they owned the very successful restaurant in Wellington, Citron. Wendy has also owned her own deli, Plentifull and she worked extensively for Moore Wilson's in Wellington creating ready meals. Wendy had a colourful childhood, being brought up and working in her family's famous pie shop in Lincoln, Canterbury where she gained a passion for all things pastry. She is also the author of Who Made All the Pies?
