Eat More Greek
We all love Greek food, but do we know how to actually cook it? Learn how to nail those classic Greek dishes, discover everyday recipes and banging cocktails, all created for the modern kitchen.
Despite Conor Curran's very Irish name, he was raised in his yiayia's kitchen and is on a mission to get everyone cooking and eating more Greek food! Greek food is lively, it’s built around connection and sharing, and it’s also the perfect cuisine to bring into your everyday life.
Eat More Greek has chapters based on the amount of time required to make each recipe, making it a breeze to figure out what you can work into your week or weekend. The recipes include all the classics, as well as reimagined dishes, including:
- I Have Limited Time: Fried Kefalograviera cheese (Saganaki), Garlic and tomato pasta (Skordomakarona), Halloumi with tomato and peach.
- I've Got an Hour: Papoutsakia parma, Pork chops and slaw, Greek glazed carrots, Sticky fig pudding with olive oil butterscotch.
- I've Got the Afternoon: Feta and olive focaccia, Moussaka jacket potato, Tomato baked fish (Psari plaki), Chicken egg lemon soup (Kota avgolemono).
- I've Got Sunday Free: Layered spanakopita, Meat pasta bake (Pastitsio), Oregano lamb shoulder, Custard filo pie (Galaktoboureko).
- I've Got Overnight: Pickled peppers (Toursi), Chicken Marbella la Greca, Compressed ouzo watermelon, Greek yoghurt panna cotta and spiced strawberries.
With dancing lemons across the pages, there are also tips to hack the recipe and labels for recipes that taste even better the next day. No matter your cooking skill level, Conor's Greek food mission will be completed in your kitchen in no time.

About the Author
Food content creator, mixologist and TV personality Conor Curran was raised by his yiayia (grandmother) in Melbourne, Australia, where he helped tend to the family food garden and learned to cook from a very young age. After gaining a bachelor in culinary management, he worked as a restaurant manager for ten years, only for Covid to halt his career. As a joke with a mate, Conor applied for MasterChef in 2021, but this joke changed his life. Conor now has over one million followers across social media platforms, where he shares recipes, cocktails and reviews often inspired by his vibrant Greek heritage and his LGBTQI+ community.
