Thinking For Yourself
Thinking For Yourself
In this practical, punchy and in-depth guide to critical thinking, Fiona Morrison and Michael Parker explore:
1. The subjectivity of truth - is the concept of my truth valid?
2. How to make a skilful, well-informed argument.
3. The importance of escaping cognitive biases that sabotage smart decisions.
4. How to think clearly in an over-burdened, increasingly digitised world.
5. How to detect false claims and fake news.
6. How to make better career, relationship and financial decisions that actually work.
7. How to form your own opinions with confidence.
Thinking For Yourself equips readers with the tools needed to navigate complex ideas and develop a personal approach to understanding the world.
