The Voodoo Doll Spellbook
"An earlier version of this book was published in 2010 as The Voodoo Doll Spellbook: A Compendium of Ancient & Contemporary Spells & Rituals, Vol. 1 by Planet Voodoo."--Title page verso.
Few things are as synonymous with voodoo as the voodoo doll, and in this book, Denise Alvarado draws on her authentic Creole tradition to offer a myriad of spells, amulets, oils, enchantments, hexes, and blessings.
Inside this book are secret spells that help you to bind your enemies, banish naysayers, and bend people to do your will. There are instructions on how to make a Get Even Gris Gris Doll to even the score and other dolls and spells to make yourself irresistible, find a lover, and spice up your sex life. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.
Many of the spells in this book are based on recipes and rituals that are found in ancient literature and archaeological records, such as spells from ancient Egypt, Chaldea, Greece, Africa, and Europe. Other spells are based on writings found in ancient sacred texts, and many are from the grimoires of the author herself.
A logical follow-up to the author's previous work, Voodoo Hoodoo Spellbook, The Voodoo Doll Spellbook picks up where the former leaves off, providing you with information never before revealed for improving any area of your life using one of the oldest tools of humankind β the Voodoo doll.
Book Hero Magic summarised reviews for this book. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! HOW HAS THIS BEEN REVIEWED?
The Voodoo Doll Spellbook by Denise Alvarado is praised for its intriguing exploration of voodoo practices with a practical and accessible approach. Readers appreciate the author's depth of knowledge and the historical insights provided, though some criticise the book for its specific focus that may not appeal to all audiences interested in general self-help topics. The inclusion of ritual details and spells is noted as a unique and engaging aspect for those curious about voodoo traditions.
