Flip the script on leadership and unlock your team’s potential by embracing the power of followership.

With masterful storytelling and actionable wisdom, this new edition of The Follower Effect delivers a groundbreaking perspective that transforms conventional leadership wisdom by revealing an essential truth: great leaders must first master the art of following. Through the compelling journey of a hard-driving CEO forced to confront the hollow victory of success without connection, the author crafts an illuminating narrative that weaves together corporate strategy and profound human insight. As the protagonist rediscovers leadership’s true essence through his former mentor’s guidance, readers are invited to explore the powerful duality of leading and following across boardrooms and lecture halls alike.

In this book, readers will find:

  • Insights grounded in organisational behaviour research and practice, with ready-to-implement methods and tools
  • Discussion on how emotional intelligence, humility, and the courage to follow can create unprecedented organisational strength and personal fulfilment
  • Strategies to make an immediate impact with minimal time investment

The Follower Effect is a paradigm-shifting essential reading for anyone seeking to cultivate authentic influence and build thriving, purpose-driven cultures in today’s complex business landscape.
