Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

The Couple's Workbook reveals that love is a skill, not just an emotion, which we must practice to excel, just as in any area where we wish to shine.

Our research has shown that almost a third of the British population (32%) expect their romantic relationships to resemble fairy tale romances. However, after an exhilarating and passion-filled start, many of us find ourselves in unions that become a bewildering mix of hope, distance, boredom, loyalty, and betrayal.

Within this workbook are the finest exercises any couple can engage in to ensure their relationship functions optimally. These activities are designed to foster understanding, patience, forgiveness, humour, and resilience in confronting the many challenges that arise when living with someone long-term.

Couples are encouraged to have meaningful conversations, analyse their feelings, explain parts of themselves to each other, and partake in rituals that clear the air. These exercises aim to revive hope and passion and unblock emotional channels, ultimately improving communication.

Moreover, participating in these exercises together can be - at times - simply a lot of fun.

    The School of Life: Relationships
Few things promise us greater happiness than our relationships, yet few things more reliably deliver misery and frustration. Our error is to suppose that we are born knowing how to love and that managing a relationship might therefore be intuitive and easy. • Big Ideas for Curious Minds
Children are, in many ways, born philosophers. Without prompting, they ask some of the largest questions: about time, mortality, happiness, and the meaning of it all. Yet sadly, too often, this inborn curiosity is not developed, and with age, the questions fall away. Big Ideas for Curious Minds is a book designed to harness children's spontaneous philosophical instinct and to...
