Sipsmith were the pioneers of the recent 'ginnaissance' when their founders spent two years campaigning for a change in the law that allowed for the small-batch distillation of gin. They subsequently set up London's first traditional copper pot distillery since 1829, and in just 10 years the gin category has gone from only 20 gin brands, to 860.
