About the Author

Tammi Salzano grew up in upstate New York and has been involved in children's books for 20 years. She has written more than 50 books for young readers and has edited countless more. When she's not busy searching for a word that rhymes with "together," she can be found baking cookies and taking too many pictures of her cats. Several years ago, she decided to escape the cold weather and now lives with her family in sunny Florida.
Maria Bazykina is a children's book illustrator and character designer. She likes to draw funny and mischievous characters and illustrations for children six years old and younger. Her favorite mediums for creating her work are dry pastel, gouache, watercolor, and digital art. She loves creativity for the possibility of self-expression and the constant search for new ideas.
