Ferhat Dirik , the managing director of Mangal II, took the reins of the family business and, together with his brother Serta Dirik, reinvented the restaurant to critical acclaim. His irreverent Twitter account, widely regarded as one of the most original voices on social media, has amassed more than 80,000 followers.
