Book Hero Magic summarised reviews for this book. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! HOW HAS THIS BEEN REVIEWED?

Anna Del Conte's Gastronomy of Italy is highly praised for its comprehensive nature, serving as an invaluable resource for anyone interested in Italian cuisine. The book is often likened to an encyclopaedia, celebrated for both the authenticity and delectability of its recipes. While not matching the breadth of the French Larousse Gastronomique, it is seen as a commendable counterpart in Italian cookery.
