I loved this book. The premise of a washed up female author using Grindr to find material for her next novel had me hooked from the first chapter. This book has plenty of humour, but quickly reveals its dark side, and its powerful commentary on how successes (in this case, literary) are often built up on the work or misfortunes of others. A short and compelling read that can be finished in a couple of days - I’d recommend this to anyone who enjoys a shocking story, but can also handle unlikeable characters and challenging subjects (addiction, sexual abuse).
