Dylan's Books

Dylan assembled the Book Hero team and is on a mission to build a company where great people work together to create an experience for customers they’re proud of. He mostly reads to learn, squeezing in pages in short bursts or on weekends and holidays – usually before or after a very long day at Book Hero. If you’ve had a great customer experience, chances are Dylan had a hand in it, whether he’s answering customer emails at the front desk or quietly fighting and advocating for customers behind the scenes.
