About the Author
Di is a certified nutrition consultant, mum of two and founder of Mama's Meals - an.online community dedicated to helping parents feel more confident and supported when it comes to feeding their families. After nearly eight years of working in law and the corporate world, Di's focus shifted when she became a mum. She found herself drawn to the kitchen and started creating her own recipes whenever she found a spare moment. What started out as a personal passion project eventually evolved into a new career path. Di now shares nourishing recipes alongside practical, no nonsense tips that make feeding a family feel a little less overwhelming. Family Cooking brings together her favourite go-to meals, snack ideas, and feeding strategies - all designed with busy families in mind.
