Christa Wick is an ordinary, semi-popular sixteen-year-old girl. Moving away for her sophomore year to attend boarding school is the boldest move in her short life, until a tragic accident leaves her taking that one last breath.

Or so she thought...

Opening her eyes in a high school office, she believes she has just lived through the worst nightmare she has ever had. But this is not an ordinary high school, with ordinary students. Christa is about to learn that she has always been anything but an ordinary girl.

Surrounded by students from every children's story she has ever heard, Christa finds out that she, the only human to have ever enrolled, is the Monster of Myth, and these kids know all of her tales. Will Christa be able to prove herself to them and walk the halls to tell her new tale?
