About the Author
Tom Onions is the founder, with Prue Freeman, of Daisy Green Collection, a group of restaurants and cafes in London. In 2023, Daisy Green launched Audrey Green, the National Portrait Gallery's new café, and Larry's, the Gallery's underground speakeasy, serving brunch, lunch and afternoon tea in the daytime and award-winning cocktails in the evenings. Larry's celebrates Soho and theatreland, with drinks named after and inspired by sitters from The National Portrait Gallery's Collection.
