In Blue Mind, Wallace J. Nichols combines a charismatic and engaging tone akin to an extended TED Talk, with personal reflections reminiscent of a surfer's zen-like calm. His approach is described as more like a relaxed conversation than a strict scientific discourse, which aligns with his focus on how water affects our emotions and health. Despite the informal style, the book offers genuine insights and revelations into our connection with water.
