Organisations are addicted to collaboration as the default mode of work, assuming it's always beneficial. It's not. Collaboration overload plagues us in ways that prevent us from being our best selves both at work and in our personal lives. However, there is a solution: Precision collaboration. The top 10% of workers who know how to work with others intentionally and effectively can gain back 18-24% of their timeβ€”equivalent to a full workday each weekβ€”and are happier, leading more fulfilling lives. Here's your guide to becoming a precision collaborator.

Beyond Collaboration Overload is a myth-busting and eye-opening treatise on a topic that doesn't receive enough critical scrutiny. The book's rigorous research supports its ideas and offers a practical approach to applying its principles, making the content incredibly useful. It features a well-organised two-part structure that is easy to follow and apply. Additionally, it includes compelling stories drawn from research.

The intended audience includes managers, collaborative workers, HR and HR programme leaders, and learning professionals.
