Aelita Andre is an exploration of the life and work of Aelita Andre, a remarkable young artist born in 2007 in Melbourne. This Australian abstract painter began experimenting with paint at just nine months old, leading to her first solo exhibition in Australia at the tender age of two.

Aelita's work captures the kind of richly expressive freedom that iconic artists like Kandinsky and Klee embraced over a century ago to shape Western abstract art. As a self-taught artist, her creativity emerges in its purest form, significantly influenced by the natural world around her. Renowned artists such as Picasso and Rothko appreciated the boldness, freshness, and revolutionary essence of children's artβ€”qualities they sought during their adult careers. Aelita Andre transcends conventional contemporary art boundaries, producing inspirational work that is both vibrant and original.

Recognised as the youngest prodigy painter globally, Aelita staged a highly acclaimed solo exhibition in 2016 at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, when she was only nine years old. In both 2020 and 2022, she was honoured as one of the top 100 recipients of the "Global Child Prodigy Awards" in the "Art & Drawing" category.

Aelita continues to create her unique "sound and touch-paintings" and installations, merging the realms of art and music, and successfully exhibiting her work on an international stage.
