About the Author

Dr Ron Ehrlich is a holistic dentist and one of Australia's leading holistic health advocates. As co-founder of the Sydney Holistic Dental Centre, Dr Ehrlich has been in private practice in the Sydney CBD for over 30 years. He is also co-founder and a board member of Nourishing Australia, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting nutritional and environmental health. Together with Dr Michelle Woolhouse, he hosted a weekly podcast, The Good Doctors, for three years, with 150 episodes that looked at health, wellness, and disease from a holistic perspective. More recently, his new podcast, Unstress, explores the themes outlined in this book.
