White is a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, where he focuses on the Supreme Court and the administrative state. Concurrently, he codirects the Antonin Scalia Law School's C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State. John Yoo is a nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute; the Emanuel S. Soloveichik is the senior rabbi of Congregation Shearith Israel in Manhattan and director of the Zahava and Moshael J. Straus Center for Torah and Western Thought at Yeshiva University. Michael W. McConnell is the Richard and Frances Mallery Professor and director of the Constitutional Law Center at Stanford Law School and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution. He was previously a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
