About the Author
Keila Shaheen is the creator of Zenfulnote and the author of The Shadow Work Journal. She has studied various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, energy psychology, and creative thinking. Keila is a Certified Sound Therapist and Sound Healer, and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner. She also holds a certification and teacher training in Dharma Yoga and shows an exceptional understanding of the principles of Yoga Asana and Buddhist philosophy. When Keila began to see the limitations of traditional therapy, she explored alternative methods of inner healing and mind-reframing. In 2021, Keila founded Zenfulnote to provide tools to assist people in their healing journeys. Her Shadow Work Journal helps readers discover and heal the deepest parts of their subconscious. It has since gained much popularity on TikTok and has been featured in Billboard and The Times.
