Meg Jay, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist who specialises in young adult development. She is the author of THE DEFINING DECADE: WHY YOUR TWENTIES MATTER AND HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF THEM NOW and SUPERNORMAL: THE SECRET WORLD OF THE FAMILY HERO.
