Jody Eddy is a James Beard Award-nominated and IACP Award-winning authorย of seven cookbooks. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue,ย The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Gourmet, Bon Appรฉtit,ย and CNN, among others. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota andย the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, and she has cooked at the Michelinย 3-star restaurants Jean-Georges in NYC and Heston Blumenthalโs The Fatย Duck in England, along with the late chef Floyd Cardozโs Tabla in NYC.
Jody is currently developing a television show for a global streaming service andย is writing her first novel. She is based in northern Spain.
