EM-PA-THY is no longer optional for leaders who strive for a deeper understanding and connection with their staff. Become a leader who others truly want to follow. Empathy is the ability to connect with another person based on your willingness to understand their perspective without judgement. It is ultimately about listening to the person, feeling with them, and subsequently taking action that will make a positive difference.

This book demystifies empathy, breaking it down and making it real for leaders who appreciate the value of human connection. It is an essential read for anyone who:

  • is leading a team through a particularly tough challenge
  • wants to master the art of connection with staff more effectively
  • is keen to build a diverse and inclusive team culture
  • runs a company and wants to grow a culture where there is a strong sense of belonging
