Book Hero thinking about your next read

This book is a collection of life's most interesting facet. We love, we experience pain, and we are capable of deceit. This collection explores how we journey through love, pain, and how some of us can be deceptive in disguising their intentions and motives. This book also takes a reader on a journey of mystery and intrigue of the internal world and to the endless boundaries of our universe.

Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

This book is about taking a trip into the human condition of love, pain, and deceit. It also explores other mysteries and unexplained phenomena. Love can be fascinating and intriguing, yet it can also be painful. Additionally, we as humans are capable of manipulating others through deceptive motives and disguised intentions.

Daily, we wear a mask of social expectations, but our shadow always lurks in the background. In dealing with our daily entrapments, we dissociate and are able to look into our soul, as well as the endless bounds of our universe. As we strive for higher enlightenment, we reach into the unknown.

This collection of poems and songs is somewhat unusual. The author chose this structure because most songs can be read as poetry, and many poems can be sung as songs. Some of these poems and songs are mildly metaphorical, while others are surrealistic, inviting the reader to apply extreme imagination. The intention of the author is to evoke emotions and stimulate thought.

Love, Pain, Deceit, and Other Life's Mysteries aims to take readers on a profound journey through life's complexities and enigmatic experiences.

About the Author

Dr. Eric Yuri Reznik was born in Kiev, Ukraine (USSR) in 1966 and came to the United States in 1978. He graduated Florida International University with Bachelors in Psychology in 1990. In 1994 he received a Master's Degree in clinical psychology with honors from Miami Institute of Psychology (currently, Carlos Albizu University). In 1999 he received his Doctorate in clinical psychology from Miami Institute of Psychology (currently, Carlos Albizu University). Since 1999, he maintains a successful practice in Clinical Psychology.

Ever since early high school, Dr. Reznik was interested in expending horizons of thought and being. He became interested in human consciousness and exploring it through music and poetry. At the same time, he practiced Martial Arts, where he met his teacher and mentor. The basic idea of learning was not to limit yourself and to reach the highest level at whatever one tries to reach, which meant that there would be no end or limit to learning. As a result of this mindset, he had accomplished some of the most difficult tasks. Dr. Reznik's philosophy is to never have limitations and each complex task can be broken down to simplicity, learned, and executed.
