Christy Tania is the owner and founder of Glace, a Melbourne-based pastry restaurant. She is a finalist for Dessert Masters Australia 2024, and has previously been a judge on Masterchef Australia. Her extensive industry experience, both in Australia and in France, make her a uniquely talented and inventive chef who blends classical training with imagination and exploration.
