How to Endo by Bridget Hustwaite is a revelatory guide born out of the author’s personal struggle with endometriosis—a chronic illness that affects millions of women worldwide. Hustwaite’s journey is characterised by years of battling dismissive doctors, misinformation, and relentless pain. Her intensely heavy periods, pulsing headaches, and excruciating abdominal pain, akin to her ovaries being set aflame, finally led to a diagnosis of endometriosis—an ailment notoriously hard to pronounce, diagnose, and endure.

Two excision surgeries and a flourishing Instagram community later, Bridget has navigated the labyrinthine world of endometriosis with resilience and determination. Her first-hand experience combined with her trademark enthusiasm shines through in this indispensable guide. Bridget has meticulously gathered a wealth of tips and strategies from health experts and fellow endo warriors to empower you to thrive on good days and survive on the tougher ones.

How to Endo covers an extensive range of topics crucial for managing endometriosis. Bridget addresses everything from dietary adjustments and acupuncture to improving fertility, mental health, and the nitty-gritty of surgery and sexual health. This book isn’t just a manual for living with endometriosis; it is a beacon of hope, striking a balance between being inspiring, vivacious, and utterly candid.

This compassionate and inclusive guide is indispensable for everyone on the endo spectrum—whether you're a battle-hardened warrior, newly diagnosed, or still seeking answers. Its empathetic tone and practical advice aim to ameliorate the daily struggles of endometriosis sufferers and help them regain a semblance of normalcy in their lives.

Compassionate, informed, inclusive. This is a book generations of endo sufferers have been crying out for. - Zara McDonald, co-founder of the Shameless podcast
