Alien: Into Charybdis introduces "Shy" Hunt and the tech team from McAllen Integrations, who anticipated an easy job setting up environmental systems for the newly constructed Hasanova Data Solutions colony. This colony is situated on the abandoned ruins of a complex known as "Charybdis." However, they face two significant problems: the colony is owned by the Iranian state, leading to strained diplomacy, and it is located above a series of hidden caves harbouring deadly secrets.

Tension escalates when a bizarre ship lands on a nearby island and one of the workers is attacked by a taloned creature, causing trust to dissolve between the Iranians and Americans.

The McAllen Integrations crew find themselves imprisoned and accused of espionage, yet they manage to send a distress signal to the Colonial Marines.
