Alien: Into Charybdis follows 'Shy' Hunt and the tech team from McAllen Integrations, who thought they had an easy job ahead: set up environmental systems for the brand new Hasanova Data Solutions colony. This colony is built on the abandoned ruins of a complex known as 'Charybdis.' However, two major problems arise: the colony belongs to the Iranian state, leading to strained diplomacy, and the complex is located above a series of hidden caves that harbour deadly secrets.

The situation escalates when a bizarre ship lands on a nearby island and a worker is attacked by a taloned creature. This incident causes trust to evaporate between the Iranians and Americans.

The McAllen Integrations crew finds themselves imprisoned, accused of being spies. Nevertheless, they manage to send out a distress signal to the Colonial Marines.
