Rachel Warrillow is a paper crafter and has been teaching creative workshops for over 7 years. She is the founder of The Quirky Quillers, an online community for quillers with a mission to inspire and encourage others to enrich their lives with more creativity. Rachel has worked with the national charity Cats Protection to create a cat-themed quilling kit for 3,000 people.
