Allender discusses what makes flawed leaders so successful. He asserts that God chooses leaders who arent deceived by the myths of power and control, but who realize that God s power is found in brokenness.
Candidly sharing his own leadership struggles, Dan Allender provides a hard-hitting, straight-talking examination of true leadership. He shows how God often raises up leaders whose strength stems from their failures and flaws, rather than talent and expertise.
