This book is presented to celebrate the 40 years of graduation and contains some of the anecdotes experienced as a student at the National School of Agriculture, now Chapingo Autonomous University (UACH), during the years of study from 1973 to 1980, where the author graduated as an agronomist specialist in agricultural parasitology or crop protection.
It also includes several of his professional experiences working both in the Mexican government and in various foreign companies such as Bayer and Dow Chemical. Accumulating experience during his work and life in various countries of the American continent for more than 40 years, the author shares insights drawn from his career.
The author has penned almost 150 poems, reflecting his experiences, knowledge, dreams, recommendations, and feelings. These poems have been crafted over many years and in various languages, the vast majority in Spanish, with several in Portuguese and some others in English.
As an additional part of his work, the author includes several proverbs written during his life, along with recent photographs of various activities of the graduates of this speciality.

About the Author
Luis G Beverido was born in Cordoba Veracruz , Mexico on January 7 th , 1959, as part of the Beverido family, which was originated by Giuseppe Vigorito ( Jose Beverido) in 1875.In 1967, Luis moved to Texcoco, Mexico where he grew up and studied Agronomy with a specialization in Crop Protection. He graduated in 1980, and worked for Bayer de Mexico and the Mexican Government up until 1985 when he moved to The Dow Chemical Company. At Dow he had several positions at the Latin America level, such as Sao Paulo Brazil,Central America and Mexico, and also Indianapolis Indiana and Miami, Florida.
