The Man Who Fell In Love With The Moon is the cult gay classic of the early 1990s, reissued to mark the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots.

In Excellent, Idaho's outrageously pink whorehouse, Shed, or Duivichi-un-Dua, lives a life filled with drinking, talking, and smoking opium stardust alongside his eccentric family. He earns his keep at the whorehouse while pondering over his Shoshone name's true meaning, propelling him to leave this tiny turn-of-the-century town on a quest for self-discovery.

On his journey, Shed encounters Dellwood Barker, a philosophical, green-eyed, half-crazy cowboy who converses with the moon. As they travel together, Shed embarks on a path leading to enlightenment and a deeper understanding of man's connection to himself and the natural world.
