"We should all learn how to better advocate for ourselves, and this book shows you how to do that in true badass style. It opens up a world of possibilities!" – Nicole Miller, fashion designer

We all have a badass inside of us, someone who stands up for themselves and others. Someone who gets shit done. Someone who knows what they want and makes it happen and doesn't let anyoneβ€”or anythingβ€”stand in our way.

The trouble is, sometimes that badass is deep inside of us and struggles to get out. Fear all too often keeps us from being our true badass selves. Depression and anxiety can make that actualization tough, too. Jenny Block's Badass Manifesting guides her audience to find their badass confidence and resilience through a series of powerful and passionate mantras.
