Unearth the hidden powers within yourself and embark on a journey of profound personal transformation with the guidance of Hollywood's most reputable psychotherapists. The Tools by Phil Stutz and Barry Michels, renowned clinicians and the subject of the popular Netflix documentary Stutz, introduces you to an innovative psychological model designed to bring about dynamic growth and true self-realisation.

Can you imagine a life where you can harness an internal source of power to solve your problems and master your destiny? The Tools offers just that. With over 60 years of combined psychotherapeutic expertise, Stutz and Michels have developed five uniquely effective techniques that have already transformed the lives of their A-list Hollywood clients. These tools have empowered individuals to overcome obstacles like insecurity, trauma, anger, lack of willpower, negativity, and avoidance, enabling them to achieve their highest potential and deep fulfilment.

This Sunday Times bestseller reveals these groundbreaking methods for the first time. Stutz and Michels' five simple yet astonishingly effective tools are The Reversal of Desire, Active Love, Inner Authority, The Grateful Flow, and Jeopardy. In clear and engaging prose, the authors explain each tool, detailing what it is, how it works, and when to use it. Remarkably, once you have learned a tool, it takes only three to five seconds to implement it, making it an instantly accessible resource for overcoming life's challenges.
